My experience:

This was the first commercial project I've worked on. Due to our small team size (4 people), I wrote the entire GDD (Game Design Document) and collaborated with the programmer to create, balance, and iterate on the game mechanics and systems from start to finish.

Furthermore, it was my first opportunity to design levels (I've created nearly all of the game's levels). I was able to implement the idea of introducing mechanics gradually as the levels got harder and gradually increasing the difficulty.

It was a highly enjoyable experience.
